I would make the deal in a minute. That would mean Almora plays every day in CF and you use Zobrist and LaStella at 2nd, while Javy moves to SS and they have a rotation like you want to have for a playoff run.

DeGrom is one of the best young pitchers in the game. If the cost is Happ and Russell you gotta make that deal.

We don't have enough starting pitching. If you want to rely on Darvish to save us we won't make it too far in October.

Still make that trade with out hesitation. I don’t see any of them being a future all star. Don’t see how the Mets can do this with out getting a potential all star back.

I think a deal around Happ gets it done. Similar value if you look at Colin Moran who was the centerpiece for Gerrit Cole.

Mets probably can get a better deal w/ another team that has prospects.

In the article it says the Mets prolly don't want to rebuild. They want to retool.
