But maybe I'm wrong. Did caller bob get a warning? Did he get a warning beyond two others getting banned for racial insensitivity? Was a personal warning necessary after two posters got banned for saying what they said?

If you don't think ToxicMasculinity used racial slurs then you really didn't pay attention to him. He even admitted it and "blamed it on the alcohol"
