Portillos is good for a massive fast food place, definitely on a different level than most. But overall the food there is average.

Their taco pizza is pretty good if you are a fan of taco pizza. The rest.. yeah, not a huge fan.

Portillo’s is better than any option we have out here really. With one in Peoria and one in Davenport I imagine it will be less of a treat but really.. I haven’t found anything that compares to their stuff out here.

what??? the blt pizza is my favorite. taco pizza's fine but the blt pizza was fucking awesome. of course, we're talking 12 years ago and after a long night of drinking. but it was the best breakfast pizza i ever ate.

I’d have to be really hung over to get a blt pizza. Like, white lightning drunk.

Put me in the “Portillo’s is decidedly average” camp. Like was said above, plenty of other places that do that kind of food better. Plus, I can get frozen crinkle-cut fries anywhere, without being 30 cars deep in the drive-up.

Alternative pizzas have their place. Maybe 10% of the time I will order a BBQ chicken, Taco, or italian beef w/giardiniera pizza.

Here's my tip for the day- take a cheese, rising crust Freschetta pizza and put on some italian beef, hot giardiniera, and extra cheese. Did it once when we had leftover beef from a party. Best homemade pizza I ever made.

I hadn't been to a Red Robin in 9, maybe 10 years. Had it today. Grand Brie. It was okay. Not good. Not great. Definitely not worth $15.
