The Obama Library is replacing park land. Okay, that's controversial, but what's done is done. And maybe the library will be a benefit to that community, though I doubt it. But I wonder how many people are paying attention to this nifty trick. There will be a Chicago Public Library branch in the Presidential Library. That's a great story. Sounds awesome, right? To me it just sounds like a way to sneak public dollars into the project after promising none would be used.
