Now there's a name I haven't heard since oh, before you were born...

She probably on FB somewhere expressing her love for Kris Bryant.

The last time I saw her over there, I argued with her about Mark Grace or some such shit...that was in a Sox group (of course)...I think ASFB has even distanced himself from her....she was a special brand of crazy.

I miss drunkenly arguing with her after Bears games, you know, when she'd accuse me of being a wife beater because I was a Cutler apologist or something...

Why do we have to have Lollapalooza? I understand having music festivals, but why does a private event have to be in Grant Park, a public space?

Shutting down Lollapalooza would've been a real attempt to bring people together.

They really aren't. Not for guys that are supposed to be involved in criminal enterprises. Enough to eat and get high with. That is about it. Most of the gang problems are actual gang not drug related. Rival gangs killing while the other seeks retribution for it.

The hustle game has been dead since the 90's in this city. There are a few that do a little better than the rest but nothing major.

They never have bond money and always have to go the PD route for legal defense. Thats not a coincidence.

Most so called drug dealers are merely weed dealers because there isn't much to be made from dealing crack anymore. No one has ever gotten rich from dealing weed either. Just enough to get by with.

This couldn't be farther from the truth.

Ok. Tell that to someone that doesn't know any better. Drug game is pretty much dead here.

You really have no idea what you are talking about. The drug game is going strong here, I personally know crack and heroin (which is bigger than crack) houses that have lines out the door. Places in the city and in the south burbs.

You know a few places that are popping. I know many more than aren't. I also am quite sure that i know a lot more people involved in the trade than you.

Quite sure. That game is over. Just because you know a few spots that are tipping doesn't mean that it is a "lucrative industry". Just means that some people have turned a profit.

So if the drug trade is down for gangs, then where are people getting their drugs from? Because it sure appears that drug abuse is still a major problem.

People are still dealing drugs. They just aren't profitting from the sell of drugs as much these days.

Its an oversaturared market if you happen to reside in the ghetto.

They are literally fighting over crumbs.

We have enough people fucking up traffic here in Wisconsin just by driving in the first place.

You really are into Psychoanalysis for some reason. Have you ever really made a post of note?

When it comes to this there is nothing to affirm and there isn't an argument either.

Its interesting that the first person to make authoritative claims about what they see or know wasn't me but you are so biased and prejudiced that you will only ever see one lane.

As far as affirmation goes isn't it you that actually is the one that seeks it?
You are the message board kiss ass not me.

I've never actually responded to anything that you have posted unless it was addressed to me. Shouldn't that tell you something?

But now I get to watch the Hall of Fame game.

Yet you still feel qualified enough to assess which person is in tuned with the gang/drug trade in inner city Chicago. Those mean streets of Kenosha provide you with the necessary insight for determining which person knows and which person doesn't know of which they speak?

Ok

You were the person that told me that i don't know what i am talking about.

You had no problem saying it without knowing anything about me. My point still stands and if it isn't anything to argue about then why the need to argue?
I'm quite comfortable with commenting because unlike MANY on here i grew in that "culture". I've seen the highs and the lows of it.

These are definitely the lows of it.

You have a nice one as well.

So Lake Shore Drive was shut down for maybe 30 minutes.

And for that, they got a whole bunch of attention.

Sounds like a good ROI.
