Younger folks that aren't familiar with how far Bob Verdi goes back, might have had a tough time making it through the interview. It was a tough listen but in the end he finally got a good story across.

My 8-year daughter earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do last fall and I know a lot of people greatly overvalue what having a black belt means. She does well and has learned a lot of moves but she is not kicking anyone's ass any time soon. There were kids that quit the program after earning the belt but they can say they have their black belt. I thought that was weak.
