I think that Javy Baez kid could be a decent player someday.

Rizzo's emergence in the leadoff spot is so strange. But he seems to clearly love the challenge of that spot.

Yea, that's an odd one. It has snapped him out of whatever funk he was in.

Schwarber and Happ have 10 k's between them over the last 2 games. This is Kyle's big shot to play everyday as the DH and he has done shit. At least Happ can draw a walk occasionally.

Impressive.

Throw the ball over the fucking plate. I feel like I am watching Chatwood's pitch trax. He is all over the damn place. 12 pitches....4 strikes. Get someone up that can throw a strike and hold a runner.

Nice to see them start pummeling the tomato cans.
Baez yesterday and Bote today.
Let’s get the sweep tomorrow. Hopefully, Q won’t shit the bed.

The pinch-hit master gets a run as the DH tonight.

Schwarber and Happ are going for the most strikeouts in a series by two players combined.

1 hit in 5 innings vs a sac of shit pitcher from the worst team in baseball. Hell of an effort tonight boys. I especially enjoy all of the 1st pitch outs. Way to work the count and get Cy Hillenmery out of there.

Baez just took ball 3 on a fastball a foot inside. He swung at the exact same pitch in the same location for the next pitch. I know he swings at breaking shit in the dirt but an identical looking fastball??

Nice....2 hits by LaStella and Bote and then Willy and Kyle come up and piss down their legs. That strike 3 call was close enough to swing. It caught the edge and down 0-2 you swing the fucking bat. Scwarber.....he has evolved from the 5 strikeouts and is now hitting monumental blasts to the infield.

So Chatwood can pretty much go to the DL or the DFA pile when Bass is ready....which he almost is. Its to the point where they wont use him for anything meaningful. I guess just DL him until Sept call ups like they are with Duensing.

Riz should take a beating for his comments after the game. He may think it was 1 game, but it was a 7 game stretch against awful teams, and u finished 4-3, not good. The effort is pathetic and embarrassing at this point. Quit making excuses and start playing to your potential. Hitters need better approaches and pitchers need to do their damn jobs.

Rizz should be reaming his teammates for not getting on base ahead of him ever. He has done a good job leading off, however the 6-9 batters are a steaming heap of shit.

Anytime those softies Darvish and Bryant want to nut up and help their team would be helpful.
