I remember getting some at the footlocker in Oak Brook. I believe my mom was dragging my butt around Christmas shopping for my dad and I needed new tennis shoes too. It was going to be a treat.

Quench gum, which seemed to replace it in the late 80’s perhaps, was a bit of an improvement. Still.. not great.

Not as good as Gatorade but great when you're on a budget. You can catch them on sale sometimes for as low as 50 cents.
