Considered this, but I went with Lamar Jackson instead tonight. I don’t think I have a gambling problem.

Rodgers in street clothes, but the Packers-Titans game is an ugly flag-fest. Vrabel's defense competing with his offense to make the most mistakes to help out the other team. Packers going without a running game this season:

Ty Montgomery 3 carries 9 yds
Jamaal Williams 5 carries 16 yds
DeShone Kizer 3 carries 18 yds

Can't believe I'm still watching. Nice toss by Bray to 85. Camera work magnified its beauty.

Osweiler in the game in the 4th now. Fales failed to get in the end zone. Osweiler looks odd playing QB, squatting down to throw the ball deep and dancing on his toes to throw check-downs.

Bray's straight-ahead passing game is much better than when he attempts to hit a receiver running outside the numbers. The angles must throw off his depth perception or something.

Whatever Vrabel said to his team about penalties at half-time didn't take. 2 minutes into the 3rd and his defense has given up 30 yards in flags on the Packers drive. Luckily for the Titans, the Packers offense is committing plenty of their own.

2 more flags, one on each team. Off-setting. 5 minutes into the 3rd and Tennessee has committed 3 helmet penalties in this quarter alone.

Tate was a 7th rounder? Damn.

Tennessee comes out on offense and immediately commits a false start. Make that 2 false starts out of the first 3 plays of the drive.

Solomon Thomas making some standout plays so far in this late game

Russell Wilson with a solid drive, 43 in the air, 14 running and a TD. Wilson still not trusting Seattle's O-line, rolling out on most every pass play.

Titans offense getting into the 15 yd helmet penalty drive-killing action. Running back this time.

Mike McCarthy in mid-season form. Titans completed a pass to the sidelines that looked reviewable--despite it being early in the 4th in a pre-season game, McCarthy had already burned all 3 timeouts. So he couldn't throw the red flag.

Packer backups all threw for 100+ yards:

Kizer 9/18 134
Hundley 9/14 1 TD 1 INT
Boyle 7/15 130 yds 2 TD, including a nice 52 TD pass to Jake Kumerow.

Took Boyle 13 games playing QB for UConn to throw his first TD pass for the Huskies.

Kumerow is a beast!! Did you see Rodgers and Bahktiari going nuts on the sideline when he scored? They love him.

Should help Kumerow's case to make the 53 man roster that he's catching in-game bombs from the Pack's 4th string QB--he's not just Rodgers pet receiver. But the Pack drafted a trio of receivers back in April.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling had the best game of any of em, 5 rec 100 yds and a TD
Key & Peel All Name Team member Equanimeous St. Brown 4/61
J'Mon Moore 3/27

Moore was their highest WR drafted; hard to see a new GM cutting the 1st receiver he drafted before he ever plays in an actual regular season NFL game.

If they keep Kizer as backup, then they might wanna keep Equanimeous. They played together in college. Maybe Kizer and St Brown end up on the practice squad together. Tho Kizer's probably hoping for a legit backup job, since he spent all of last season as a starter.

St. Brown really slipped in the draft, for what reason I don't know.

No way Moore is a cut. He's not going to be a WR that shines in pre season games because he's not a deep threat. He will be a guy who you learn to love as one of those underneath, reliable WR over a 16 game season.

Looks like the kicker sucks too.

The only thing that pissed me off was no Sam Rosen on the call. Seriously Sam Rosen is just as Bear's pre-season tradition as Ken Mastrole and Kenny Shedd.

Nagy sure had the Bears ready to play yesterday. Especially the starting offense and defense. (John Fox pointing and laughing)
