When you measure guys who look for walks and measure guys who hate to walk(both are counterproductive), you use wOBA.

No walks either. He walks as little as he strikes out. His batting average better be .360 if you want a .375 obp.

I was just looking at the formula for wOBA. Does it treat Intention Base on Balls as an out? It sure looks like it.

I'm gonna say his offensive profile will be somewhere between Pierzynski and Pedroia. That's plenty good for a superior defender in the middle infield in this era.
