My guess is they are really nervous about him getting in bad habits with the walks. He has not thrown a triple digit pitch yet despite doing so all the time in Charlotte, particularly in the late innings.

Well....that's not a bad way to train him, right? Interesting info about Charlotte.

It may end this week, but all of a sudden this team is . . . watchable.

Kopech’s fastball has so much late life on it. Hitters just don’t know what they’re swinging at and if he puts it on the black line he did to Castellanos they have no chance.
