1. Mack is going to terrorize the league when he gets in football shape
2. Besides the Patriots no other team has a QB that can do what Rodgers did
3. Mitch has the ability to avoid pressure like few QBs do
4. That front 7 is going to be special
5. The secondary does a great job tackling
6. Roquan Smith looks like a keeper
7. Offense has so many options
8. The team was prepared for the game

Wait the secondary does a great job tackling? Did we watch the same game? Amos definitley tackled well but everyone else was horrible. Amukamara gifted that TD to Adams.

The front 7 is great but they are wasted with Fangio.

I am not really encouraged by anything after they blew a 20-0 lead by sheer complacency.

There were some big play exceptions but overall when they laid hands on the receivers they brought them down. Eddie Jackson is going to be a stud.

I like Eddie Jackson but he was horrible in this game. Not as bad as Fuller but pretty fucking bad.

We spent 4 weeks of preseason hiding our glorious play calling and it took the Packers one half to adjust and kick our asses. Where were the adjustments by Nagy?

actual encouraging signs, of which there are not many

1. Kyle Long has a new lease on life
2. Khalil Mack is worth what they gave up to get him
3. The runningbacks'
4. Massie & Leno held their own very well

Other than that its all pretty bad, with varying levels of blame being handed out to pretty much everyone else. People will rag on Mack for not showing up in football shape, but Hicks isn't there either.

Its also good that the hype is completely gone and everyone thinks their garbage. Their true character was unveiled tonight and I'm glad they wont be getting all full of themselves. There is still opportunity to cut things up and start over and some spots.

Couldn't agree more with what America has written here. There's no silver lining when you blow a big lead because of coaching incompetency and complacency in the 2nd half and poor execution.

For being the offensive guru and Andy Reid protege he is supposed to be, I thought Nagy's play calling sucked. What was he doing writing on his play calling sheet all the time? If he can't keep track mentally which plays are good and which ones are not, God help us.

This is the dumbest thing that has been posted. Have you ever seen a football game before yesterday?

They should have chosen the option to score more points.

I don't remember a lot of dumb penalties on the O-line last night. Long got caught holding on a play, but nothing too bad.

Those long FG drives will become touchdown drives.

That's Rube.

I know there are things to be encouraged about but not ready to think about them yet.

Blow a 20 pt lead....fuck this team

Randall Cobb and DaVante Adams get no respect. Both made great moves to turn a run of the mill completion into a touchdown.

Nagy has to scribble on his play calling sheet every time he calls a play? Get your act together, so you don't have to.

There is nothing encouraging about last night outside of what we know that Mack is a dominant player. Nagy was horrible after the 1st quarter was over. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky missed a few passes that were huge but "hopefully" it was the terrible gameplan after he looked good in the first quarter that caused him to be a guy that looked useless. Pace continues to make 2 bad moves for every 1 good one that he does.

You don't get to claim any moral victories when you hand over a game as badly as they did.

+1 the secondary was shit. Fuller dropping that pass was the icing on the cake. Amukamara was fucking horrible and Jackson made R.Cobb look like J.Rice in his prime.

7. Offense has so many options ( and a QB who looks scared to pull the trigger in the biggest moments of the game)

The biggest disappointment was Nagy playing "safe" with the lead then throwing on 3 and 1 with 2:00 left in the red zone! Was not impressed with his play calling. Between Mitch looking scared and Nagy looking like L.Smith in the second half, I was not impressed.

The center still can't snap the ball in the shotgun. I wouldn't call that positive.

This is a young team with a young QB that is learning. Going on the road and almost pulling out a major upset is a positive. This is a great learning opportunity.

Mitch still can't read coverage and gets happy feet in the pocket even under minor pressure.

He's Rex Grossman without the injuries.

Season over.

This "young team" didn't almost pull off the upset, Khalil Mack did. The Packers, who aren't very good, would've won 35-7 if Mack were still on the Raiders.

What is the moral victory anyway? That you had 1 quarter of good football when you had the element of surprise on your side and weeks to come up with the your scripted game plan? An offensive game plan that failed horrible after the other side made adjustments and schemed for your offense?

Moral victory that the guy you paid over 150M to is actually pretty good? What moral fucking victory???? You LOST after being up 20 points at half time to a QB with ONE FUCKING LEG!
