They didn't really figure out Mack. Fangio got cute and subbed him out for Aaron Lynch.

Nope. Appreciate what you saw tonight. All time great stuff. He’s not close to done.

The Vikings are going to send him home in a body bag you fucking douchebag.

Simms should be cut. He's awful. Running that route a yard behind the line of scrimmage on 3rd and 1 is criminal.

He was so shot up on stuff, he probably didn't even feel the leg.

If he didn't sign that big contract he woulda sat the rest of that one out.

Fuck the Bears for not knocking him out of the game when he came back, too. If that were our QB, he for sure would have been made worse for wear by returning.

It was the throw. (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky threw it off his back foot and it arrived way short, so the receiver had to come back.

Being a bald man myself, I always resented the visor. Its just not practical if you have the open dome like that.

The Bears hired a GM with little to no experience who spent years learning on the job to get to the point where it was like "Hey, some of his moves are good!" and that GM hired a coach with little to no experience who will be learning on the job and we'll get to say "Hey, some of his coaching moves are good!".

At least he is from the Andy Reid coaching tree because Philadelphia won the Super Bowl which means this will work!

Nagy will be fine once they get him a QB to work with.

There is an attitude that winning teams and coaches have. They go for it on 4th down in certain situations and they refuse to get soft when it comes to running late in games or running plays where the receivers run short of the sticks. That mindset of playing to win versus playing not to lose is the difference in a lot of football games. Usually when a team loses a big lead it's because they stopped doing what got them the lead.

They did not need another score. A first down ends the game. Going for it on 4th and 1 and then kneeling the game out if you make it, gives you a better chance to beat Rodgers than going up 6 with a little over two minutes to go.

Bears were not gonna be able to run out the clock with 3 minutes to go. Packers scored in like 30 seconds, Nagy had correctly appraised what his defense was capable of but stopped halfway of fully committing to scoring the TD.

I think he should gone for it on 4th & 1 after sleeping on it. Really no difference between a 6 and 3 point lead when you knew the Bears secondary had given up on trying to win.

There was 2:47 left and Green Bay had no timeouts. If you get the first the clock runs down to the two minute warning (40 second play clock) and then you can kneel out. If you do not get it, its the 2 minute warning on 4th and 1 and same thing applies.

That just is not true. Simms never got to the 1st down line. As for the pass, there was not a thing wrong with the pass. IF Simms had gotten to the line required, he'd have probably dropped it anyway like he did other on the money throws in that game. He sucked in this game.

That is right on the money. Nagy took his foot off of the pedal and tried to do nifty stuff instead of ramming the ball down the Packers throat.

See 6:42. That ball needed to be a dart thrown off the front foot.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6OATIupK34

Instead, he thew a rainbow off his back foot that fell short and pulled his guy in.

Took so long he almost got dude killed.
