Illinois shockingly stopped USF and then scored a TD rather easily to take a 7-0 lead. I’m shocked.

Illinois has the best K in the NCAA.

1st-rounder. Better than Urlacher.

A Lovie Smith trademark backfield fumble. Illinois' O-Line looks good on screens and when the defense plays it straight up. Stunts and blitzes seem to go completely unblocked.

You'd think either of these teams starting 3-0 would land them in the top 25. They are both 2-0 currently. But neither team looks all that great at this point. Prolly doesn't help USF that their win over GT looks less impressive after GT lost to Pitt today.

Hot weather should favor the Bulls in the 2nd half. But not if their receivers are going to cramp up on long receptions.

Damn, he easily hit that 53 yarder going into half-time.

B1G Ten taking it on the chin today:

BYU over Wisconsin
Temple over Maryland
Troy beats Nebraska
Kansas spanks Rutgers

all home losses for the Big Ten except Rutgers.

If AJ Bush is okay enough to dress, he should have played. Rivers was shit.

TCU's HC is going to have a grabber on the sideline.

In-laws in town and are unabashed Husker fans. Making lots of excuses for their team. I get that their freshman phenom QB is on the
shelf the rest of this year but their savior Frost doesn't look to be as great as built up to be and no matter what you have going on, you
really shouldn't lose to Troy at home. I didn't say much to them other than kind of poke the bear and say that at least they got to keep
all the gate money from the game that got cancelled. Last week I opened rooted for Colorado in front of my wife and stepson. Not sure
why I have the overwhelming urge to be an instigator with my family.

I like the Epstein/Corbin combo. Hopefully the Illini can keep this competitive

Sounds cathartic.

The Fox guys are effusive in their praise. I hope they can pull this out.

So is the Illini marching band going to play Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah if Lovie keeps growing his beard?

Seriously, he looks like Uncle Remus

So, Purdue . . .

Once again, the most inconsistent team in the world....

Purdue finally stopped giving games away they dominate statistically. The future is bright even as the record sucks.

Kinda like Indiana over the last few years it is all going to come down to defense. If they can play well and get stops their offense can score on anyone.

1-3 with 4 home games to start the season is def disappointing. But the future does appear bright

I think right now for the future of Purdue, have to hope Rondale Moore doesn't fizzle out and does the coach stay if he keeps building something here.

Haven't followed Wisconsin much this year, they usually don't get blown out much, so could see their game against Michigan tonight closer than most think and Michigan about a 10 point favorite.

How about the ending with Iowa-Indiana today, Iowa up 42-16 and instead of running out the clock, kept throwing passes, didn't hear in postgame if anything said about it, but coaches handshake after the game seemed nice

It was fucking pathetic. The guy was clearly out of bounds.

Too many mistakes by IU today tho. You cannot beat a quality opponent and make so many mistakes.

Remember when someone around here predicted Penn St was going to the national championship game? NOT

Just saw a little clip of Harbaugh bitching about something being bush league in their game with Mich St today. What was he upset about?

I think it had to do something with some of the players getting into it during the pregame warmups, then after it is when his player started putting his cleats into the Spartan at the 50
