I wanted Gould gone. May have been a mistake.

No. He scares me. I would take Crosby in a heartbeat.

I think it could be a big night for Anthony Miller. Both Seattle CB's are banged up, they'll probably play but there's a vulnerability there.

I felt like even from the start to finish of @GB the game was starting to slow down for him. He was the one guy coming back to the ball and finding creases (other than Cohen) and, just in general, I find guys who run crisp routes and have sure hands are the types of WR that really have good careers. He just has to be reliable and let the playcalling get him open, he's not like Robinson or Gabriel (or even Burton) who have to rely on athleticism to beat their man.

First series should feature a fly pattern for Gabriel. Every week should but this one especially with the seahawk injuries. See if they can stop it.

Well th one guy on their defense who is Earl Thomas, and he is very capable of creating turnovers on deep throws. Bears should definitely focus on attacking the front 7.

That is how you attack the front 7

The Bears should win by 10 or more if Nagy and Fangio manage to get their heads out of their asses.

I'm not counting on that, though.

Seattle 26
Bears 17

I have a feeling Nagy will be better but Fangio will be just as bad. Wilson is going to shred them, especially after halftime, and the Bears will need some big 3rd down throws to keep those long, time consuming drives alive. Howard/Cohen cannot do it themselves. Game will come down to (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky's ability to convert 3rd downs in the second half, just like last week. Assuming they dont throw it to Dion Sims (which is definitely one of the ways I expect Nagy to improve) this is going to come down to Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky.

I think they lose another heartbreaker partly because the secondary, particularly the corners, cant stay on their man.

Seahawks 24
Bears 21

Fuller/Amukamara puts them in a real bind and Fangio refusing to blitz (or do anything creative) just exacerbates that glaring weakness.

I hope to god I'm wrong but I just know they are no match for Russell Wilson unless (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky unleashes the dragon.

Don't need to blitz if Mack is back in game shape now. GB actually has good OT's. Seattle... doesn't, to put it kindly. Wilson is in for a nightmare tonight.

Wilson will scurry away from wherever Mack is right when the ball is snapped. Or just get rid of it quickly. Seattle aren't dummies, they know what they have to do. They take advantage of the fact that Fangio is enamored with Aaron Lynch, who will get somwhere between 33%-50% of snaps despite being entitled to no more than 10%, to buy Wilson just enough time to cut the Bears shitty cornerbacks to pieces.

Defensively Seahawks have to keep the Bears out of the endzone for 4, maybe 5, drives in the second half and that'll be all the contribution needed there.

Wouldn't this hurt the Brandon Marshall revenge factor?

If Wilson has time. If Fuller retired at halftime I would love him.

Its hard to tell if the poison pills in that contract where put in there by the Packers to get the Bears to try and not match or to punish the Bears for matching. Either way, we are stuck with Kyle Fuller for at least another 2 seasons.

You might be overthinking it. It was probably just general incompetence on GB's part and they got saved from themselves by Pace.

Nah the contract was very uniquely structured. It was done intentionally but for what purpose I cant say for certain.

Whatever, were stuck with the bum and with most of the cap tied up and no draft picks until 2020 he's gonna be the #1 CB.

Von Miller lived in the backfield last week. Mack will too.

It will be warm and he's not completely in football shape. Hopefully the home crowd will give him a boost.

I'd rather see the offense give him a boost by scoring a few TDs so he doesn't have to try and win the game on his own.
