Yeah I don't get a lot of what is going on with this either.

It def seems like Addy is a miserable fuck of a husband and there was a lot of emotional abuse involved. But it seems like there is a lot of assumptions made of physical abuse. Has there been any actual evidence of physical abuse?

Having to pay $2.5M for Russell, prorated for the suspension, is way too much for a backup SS who is a Roberto Clemente award winner, much less for Shawn Kemp v2.0 with an alleged anger problem.
