Probably for the best. Fitzpatrick was never gonna be a long-term solution at QB for Tampa. Now they can go back to Winston and figure out what they have at the position going forward.

Steelers came into the game ready to play. The Bucs were not and are weak in the secondary. That's been exploited.

Fitzgerald jinxed himself with his dress after the Eagles win at the press conference, while saying the team needed to stay humble. It doesn't help that his receivers are dropping passes and fumbling. The batted ball was the result of blown protection on the right side of the line, when Tampa should have scored a TD.

Koetter should give his team a tongue lashing at halftime, but he's not that kind of coach.

The classic NFL/AFL teams wanted to keep their divisions intact. I believe the A-West has been the Broncos, Raiders, Chargers, and Chiefs (Texans) from day one. Even if Indianapolis had moved to the Central in 1995 to open the East for Jacksonville, they eventually would have wound up together in the junk-drawer South anyway.
