So much more important tomorrow to get off to the lead against the Brewers. If you can get off to a 2 or three run lead, Counsell will be reluctant to use Hader or their other big arms knowing that that might need them for the Tuesday wild card game. Plus Chase Anderson seems to have lost the faith of Counsell so I don't know who would start Tuesday for the Brewers meaning they could go to a bullpen game Tuesday.

Cubs need to make this happen tomorrow. We have 2 shots at this at home. There is no excuses not to be playing on Thursday. You choked against the Cards, so make it happen tomorrow.
