With Nichols ascending, RRH & Bullard both playing very well and ALL the LB's getting involved in coverage/run/rush (Kwiatkowski has really fallen behind though)...they are just really hammering their strength.

Eddie Jackson is becoming a star too. Like an actual star, he is all over the place.

Awesome game. Mitch did what a lot of us said he needed to do and show off the potential that made him a high 1st round pick. Now he has to become consistent and prove that playing well isn’t a once in a while thing.


Nagy called a solid game today, nice to see this too as it goes hand in hand with whether or not the QB can become successful.


Bears D continues to roll and it starts with Mack. Honestly, until Mitch proves he can be consistent, this team is Macks atm.


Bucs looked like a bit of a paper tiger out there to me tbh, but this is how good teams should look against bad teams. It’d be more telling if the Bears struggled to win, so I’m feeling better about calling the Bears a good team right now. But to become great, we need to get some real skins on the wall. That means beating Rodgers. That means beating Brady.. and so on.


But, all in time. I’m gonna sit back and enjoy this win for a minute. Nice to get games like this after years of bullcrap.

There is no poo-pooing the job the defense did. The Bucs came in scoring like crazy and they got brick-walled. Only Jacksonville could've done to them what the Bears did today.

Star might be a little bold but.. I’ll pat myself on the back just a little for saying he was going to be really damn good in the NFL when he was drafted (if he stays healthy) when a lot of people here were busting on the pick.

Over all, a great game for the team! We need to see more of this Mitchy, but still, defense did what they do and are proving themselves to do, and the offense really came together in the first half! I'm excited to see what they do after some rest, as long as they don't get stale!
