Raiders can walk away from Carr's contract after either this season or next...don't see Carr and his $25 million cap hit making it to Vegas with the Raiders. Problem for the Raiders is this year's QB draft class is relatively weak. They'll need to tank again next season to get in on the Fromm/Tua sweepstakes.
