You should consider yourself lucky, the Astros left your division just as they were becoming dominant. If they were still in the NL central, then at no point during this season would you be concerned about winning the division. It'd be wire-wire wildcard race with the Cubs and Brewers.

Len just said that the last 3 w/ the Cards who are a desperate team may knock the Cubs out of playoff contention all together.

This has all gotten a bit more dramatic than anyone needs, but the only question is whether they win their division or not. They will be in the playoffs and if they wind up as a wild card, they would likely be hosting that game.

Let's be honest...2005, and I'm still happy. I'll be happy again when the Sox aren't hot garbage. But I'm going to enjoy watching a team that I've followed since their AL East days and went saw a ton of games at County Stadium back in the days of my youth hopefully make a deep playoff run.
