As I've got on this board the past couple weeks again I've noticed why it, for me, has gone down hill so much. It seems like every board member is looking to make the next wise crack during some decent discussions and it just veers off to be back and forth one-liners and no good debating. I'm all for some laughs, but it seems like the intent of the topics give way to non stop zingers back and forth. Zinger saturation has brought the board down, at least in my opinion.

I now prepared to be ridiculed as anyone is when they bring up a topic that is not "pro-board" and await probably a shit load of pointless one liners to follow.

Thanks for reading if you did.

I agree, Ryan, you are quite the board arbiter and a very watchful man. But I think the obsession with zingers has morphed into an obsession with turning seemingly innocuous posts into thinly veiled homosexual innuendo concerning sucking cock and getting pounding in the ass by several men in a prison setting and then making a zinger about it. It is all too much to take, I'm not sure if a majority of the board could get behind me and make the push with this, it just may be too damn big and forcing this through may cause some pain but I think with some effort we can all explode through.

Hurricane Katrina was a a bad thing that happened.

This, this my friend, is a tragedy.

Actually, incontrovertible evidence exists that the board has been bad since June 21, 2006.

You can look at someone's stats and see what they bring on a day to day basis. When it comes to the game of baseball, you can also look at who belongs and who does not belong in the discussion of greatness. Obviously, as a Hall of Famer, I am there without question. Now there are some people, such as the Cubs second basemen who somehow is considered a Hall of Famer, but to me that could be subjective, even if the Hall of Fame itself is an objective institution. You could say there are people who share their thoughts who are on that level, with that second basemen, and they somehow think they can be in the same discussion with people who really are great, and it's a shame that can happen. This is not a perfect world, but in an imperfect world, The Red Machine existed, so there is at least the chance for greatness to exist.

It's just unfortunate that there is so mediocrity that exists in between.

Joe Morgan never got deleted?

I'm simultaneously glad but WTF?

Haha You suck and they don't like you.

75% of Nas's dislike list is Grid. Laugh out loud.

Based on my great list I clearly wasn't a fan. I did like EG Greg in the end. He was in my football league until last year. I get along with Grid so I'm surprised that his MANY mults annoyed me.

So what you're saying is that it was an example of a black man overcoming discrimination?

In retrospect, the hypothesis that Asner was Rosenbloom seems valid.
