I fear Packers find a way to win the division and McCarthy gets rewarded. Minnesota looks weird and (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky won't be playing Tampa every week.

Even if the Packers win the division, which is going to be a lot more difficult than Kirkwood thinks, it won't be enough to save him. He'd have to at least get to the Super Bowl I think. Packers see the offenses around the league and have to be thinking "What if we took Rodgers and his surrounding cast then had McVay or Nagy calling the plays".

I've got my gripes with Nagy but playcalling and offensive scheme are definitely not among them. Whatever you lose by inexperience you more than gain by putting one of those guys around Rodgers. It's like going from atomic to thermonuclear.
