In the NE Loop during the day, the bathroom at the original Heaven on Seven is in the hallway outside of the restaurant, so you can saunter in, tell the security guard you're going to go eat, and use the bathroom for free and turn around and leave. Not that I've ever done that, of course.

Insider's tip for Chicago Marathon runners. Before the race MANY hang out at one of the hotels on or near Michigan Ave (Hilton, Palmer House) and MANY wait in long restroom lines on the first floor. Instead of that, go up a few floors to the conference room areas or down to the basement. MANY empty restrooms there.
