Like a lot of irretrievable nerds, I got into heated arguments in high school over the funniest SNL cast member of all time. One was with the girl I was going to prom with, who kept insisting that the best cast member of all time was Chris Farley while I stuck with Phil Hartman. It went on to the point where I really thought she wasn't going to go to prom with me anymore, probably because I said "I guess I'm just not as impressed by fat loud idiots as you are," which may have cut a little too close as some of members of our social circle whom she liked more than I did were fat loud idiots. Anyway, we got over it by the end of the cast party and everything was fine enough, maybe I was right, maybe I was wrong, who can say for sure? Comedy is subjective. But what's not subjective is who the worst SNL cast member of all time is, which is Pete Davidson.
