I loved Rachel Dratch.

I really liked Julia Louise Dreyfuss but she was criminally underused in her one year there.

Mary Gross is about the best woman on that show to handle physical comedy.

The most underrated one in my opinion was a woman named Elen Cleghorne.

Who was that Peta chick on the USA Network about nineteen years ago? She was smokin' hot.

Her name was Peta something

The Celebrity Jeopardy with Turd Ferguson. And god knows I'm tired of it but the cultural import of More Cowbell cannot be denied.

It was brought up somewhere that Norm wasn't good at impressions, but he had this impression of a late 1970s Reynolds that he wanted to work in the show, so they came up with Celebrity Jeopardy! as a way to get him in there. Sean Connery was always done as the present day Sean -- all of the other guests were present day, but Burt Reynolds was set back in time, and he said nobody commented on that ever.

The only stuff outside of Weekend Update I can think of Norm doing was Burt Reynolds and Bob Dole. BOB DOLE'S PEANUT BUTTER!

I loved his Letterman too.

Combined for THEE best skit in SNL history. The Sinatra group.

Not sure if that's what you were referring to because they had a straight up McLaughlin Group skit too

Jan Hooks was my personal favorite female. Tina Fey was great, too.

I think we all remember Tina Fey though the lens of 30 Rock rather than her pedestrian work at SNL.

30 Rock was essentially an SNL skit.

But you may be right.

Jan Hooks was legit funny. And could get it.

I've tried to find his skit with Britney Spears where he was in the sewer. My search has been unsuccessful, but that is an all time Tracy Morgan performance IMO.

I thought Ferrell was pretty terrible as W.

But those skits in the debates were well done. Hammond as Gore was great.

Strongly agree. Her era as head writer was pretty weak, and I don't think she was particularly funny on Weekend Update (though she was better than that chuckling dimwit Fallon). I basically didn't give 30 Rock a fair chance for several seasons because I didn't care for her SNL tenure.

he was horrible but not given much of an opportunity. He, like Fey, was great on 30 Rock and I think people remember him fondly on SNL because of it.

If there's one thing we should all be able to agree on, it's that Jimmy Fallon is trash.

Fallon and John Oliver are in the running for the top spot in the "Most Punchable Face - Male" category.

Loved that character. Probably the only thing in the 10 years I would hope to see each episode....even though he only did it a handful of times.

I probably shouldn’t do this one, since the audience got their BITCH-ON with that Woody Allen joke.

I think Killam is one of the most underrated performers from that show of all time. OF ALL TIME.

It is now four thirty seven in the AM, and you're watching Perspectives.

I see here that you play for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Now, that's in Pennsylvania, correct?
