Sims should have been cut weeks ago. He's the worst. Bellamy could have made 2 key receptions but he sucks.

They should consider converting (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky to a WR or TE to fill the void left by not playing those two. He's a guy like Taysom Hill whose athletic talents are valuable on the field even though you can't afford to have him throwing the ball with any kind of regularity.

Neither Taysom Hill nor a lot of first and second year quarterbacks had the luxury of starting against a Mike Smith defense. Continue believing that one game is a true reflection of his talent rather than anything else this season at your own peril.

His completion percentage through the first 3 games was 69%, yet no one was particularly impressed by that due to the number of throws near the line of scrimmage. Most of the praise currently directed at him remains the product of beating up an awful Tampa defense.

It's on the coach for involving them in offensive plays. Simms has a role. He is a massive TE on a team with two OT who need help.

Bellamy has a role as well on ST. I think I heard earlier that Sharrick Mc Mannis had played something like 10% of the defensive snaps during his time with the Bear. He and Bellamy are here for the same reason but we have seen Bellamy in prominent offensive roles for several seasons.
