Always amazes me when teams fire a coach this early in the season. Clearly they were concerned about him going into the season, probably should have made that move in the offseason.

Lue was a great coach. Very underrated. Say what you want, but I really believe this team was starting to turn the corner the last couple games, without Kevin love. Covered at Detroit, and were in a dogfight with the Pacers deep into the second half.

He just needed more time to find how to fit the pieces together.

so was lebron protecting ty lue the whole time? because to get fired 6 games in to a season where they knew they'd be awful tells me they had no interest in having him coach the team post lebron
