Under appreciated player. He only went to 6 All Star games. Good to know the AS game has always been really fuckin stupid.

Made me look up who’s the Hall of Famer with the fewest AS appearances. My guess was Bill Mazeroski but it looks like it’s Robin Yount with 3.

My friend caddied for him at a Michael Jordan celebrity pro-am back in 1992 maybe. Said he was a hell of a nice guy. I just remember him
being much bigger than I expected. I had Jim Rice and Stan Mikita in my group. Rice was a beast who could pound the driver. Mikita was
a very small man but a hell of a nice guy.
