The Lions are 3-5 and the Vikings are in 2nd place. If the Bears win the next 3 games something tells me that wouldn't be good enough. Having good football to watch on Sunday and having a future to be optimistic about is great.

It's not about enjoying or not enjoying. It's Bears fans personal opinions on the team.

I am hopeful for this team going forward but I'm not going to stop posting what I feel are shortcomings about this team because they have shown improvement.

So you're indifferent about the sky is falling. That's fine. It becomes annoying to me when it basically becomes a weekly bit by some.

I'm hopeful as well. I too will continue to point out the improvements that I would like to see. I'll also point out the things that I like.

I agree. I don't think they understand what fans loved about Doug and OB. Doug was a huge Bears fan and he lived and died with the team. That came across on air. No one wants you to be negative just for the sake of being negative

Just saw that the Bears ran 45 plays from scrimmage. The Bill's had 81.

The D appears to have found their wind. They were going hard and fast all the way to the end.

The Bears’ D is good to great, but Buffalo does not have a professional offense.

Bears had 190yds of total offense, more penalties than completed passes...and still won. Traceable, I'm sure, to the great field position they kept getting to start drives. Still, pretty amazing stat line to go with a W.

The shutout was not possible with perhaps the worst officiating crew of all time.

Hold on a minute, I think they just called another phantom penalty on Amukamura (bad Rosenbloom reference).

But the defense is devastating. I see Pro Bowl caliber players all over the place. We are spoiled rotten and nobody should be bitching and moaning. But like a few posters said, it seems to be a problem with Cub fans. It’s a mental disease. Thank Christ that my dad brought me up the right way and told me that I shall worship Carlton Fisk, or otherwise, it could be me posting like Hank Scorpio (an otherwise good poster who is guilty of putting forth bad vibes).
