I agree that Frank never cheated.

He was just a big, gigantic, muscular individual that rarely had to play the field.....in a sport that was littered with roided up "super athletes" - and yet he overcame all of that to be a massively successful power hitter vs that shady competition.

He truly is an athletic saint
