Like I said, it would be great to live in a world where workers like that had some leeway, I just don't think we do.

Im just looking at it practically. She had been fired...so I considered what she could have done differently in the situation so she'd still have a job.

Chipotle was wrong and very lazy in their handling of it originally, fortunately it seems like it might get corrected. I also 100% think the girl should pursue legal action.

I have to think about that in this case. Probably true. They were quick to pitch the racist manager narrative and a lot slower to correct it, if they did at all.
