I get what you're saying. But there are two villains in this story- Chipotle and the Somali gang. Why should we be demanding that the one party that is not a villain change [tweet]her[/tweet] behavior?
Like I said, it would be great to live in a world where workers like that had some leeway, I just don't think we do.
Im just looking at it practically. She had been fired...so I considered what she could have done differently in the situation so she'd still have a job.
I was never saying it was a just firing.
Chipotle was wrong and very lazy in their handling of it originally, fortunately it seems like it might get corrected. I also 100% think the girl should pursue legal action.
