Same as last night, but more importantly, watching college football this night I realized that Maria Taylor is getting much better looking with a little age.

Tito's. Rocks. No fruit.

Watching Brian's Song. God, I love this movie.

Every true story ends in death. Well, this is a true story.

What a great movie that is. I never get tired of watching that.

I can't believe they tried to remake it. Never watched that. Never will.

It was always hard for me to reconcile what a compassionate person, by all accounts, Sayers was in relation to this story.

And what an angry person he always seemed to be in every interview/hosting opportunity I'd ever heard from him post-1990.

Caddied for him once and he was a bit of a dick to me during the round. It didn't help that I lost his Masters towel somewhere out on the course.

Always remember my dad held a grudge against Sayers being a bad guy for something he arranged.

Couple of Sam Adams Winter Lagers. Debating an opening up a New England IPA, or having some bourbon next.

Watching the beginning of "it's A Wonderful Life " for the first time in 30 plus years. Will watch for only a little bit until the happy ending around 8:45.

Rhum.

And it's always weird to realize that Mr. Potter was born in 1878. And that when I first watched this as a kid, it wasn't exactly unusual.

So I suppose we should leave this thread up to miserable failures like you and that idiot friend of yours, Dr. Ken, to entertain us.

I’m not ready for that movie yet. Maybe next week but it’s still November. But Rum is always fine.

Also.. you have me wondering who I’ve met that was born in 19th century with that comment. Because I had to have meet a few.

I've never met anyone from the 19th century. Technically, I have since two of my grandparents died when I was 1-year-old.

But, I don't think that counts.

I’ve gotta think I met someone I their 80’s when I was a little kid. Problem is, people who I thought where that old when I was 10 were actually 62 years old.

Yeah, I was thinking that I certainly met an 80-year-old before I was 10.

I just don't remember them. So, they should have been more important people.

Meet up with Mr Reason for a scotch, and you can cross that off your list.

Busch Light on the deck on Galveston Island.

I had to drive to Oak Brook area and back today. How the hell people drive on 55 everyday to commute from city is beyond me.

Bourbon... lots of bourbon.. Blaum Brothers as I’ll support the local distillery. Welll, semilocal.

I used to always feel wrong for loving Galveston Island as I do
But I still think Burns Bbq is the best in the world.

Of all the islands on Earth, Galveston is the best.

Thank the original Daley for narrow 55. But next time you get near to cook county, lemme know we can hit McBride's spot if I'm up to the drive.

I will have to check schedule to make sure I'm not in Aruba or something (More like Des Moines or LaCrosse) but that might be able to work.
