I can see him being rightfully livid at the b2b games and practice to follow. He should have been medically excused to get treatment and recover. He has had 2 major knee surgeries. That thing is going to swell up like a mother fucker after 2 games in a row. I imagine he didn't convey that to the coach very tactfully though.

How many fuck ups is Jerry going to give to Garpax? This is beyond a shit show. There is loyalty and then there is just plan stupidity or ignorance that the fans will put up with this shit for a team.

At least 30 more.

Like you have taken it on Lonzo Ball, OKC, Embiid, Thibs or Fox? to name but a few.

Nah. This is more reflective of the Bulls than it is him. He was playing well before they started jerking him around. They are one screwed up franchise. I will see what happens when he goes somewhere else.

I said Lonzo will be a decent player. He will be. I never hyped him as a star. I've been more right than you so far on him.

How? You said he would be "good" to very "good" to be exact. He is a bum and his numbers after being in the league for a year and some change are similar to Markelle Fultz who has been hurt and MANY here have already labeled a bust for some reason.

FavreFan wrote:

I am probably the 2nd biggest Lonzo fan on the board behind shakes. I think he's already good and think he's going to be very good.

Lonzo's a bum and there has been nothing to suggest that he will ever be more than that. Don't know how you can consider him to be a win.

Lonzo Ball has the offensive skillset of Chris Duhon but is a better passer and rebounder, and can eventually play plus defense. Chris Duhon played 9 years. Ball could probably surpass that as a backup PG in today's NBA.

Not a bum. Not an All-Star. Simply an NBA player.

LTG, it is possible for shakes and you to both be wrong on this.

Stop making everything black versus white.

Lonzo already plays plus defense.

Hell, maybe in today's NBA he does. I think plus defense now is 'are your hands sometimes above your waist? Yes? Plus defender.'

Using your logic Kwame Brown was also an "NBA player" Played 12 seasons in the league. He was also a bust.

What makes Lonzo Ball a bust is his performance relative to his draft position. He was a #2 pick. His numbers are slightly better than Arch's. Probably aren't. Shakes told us in essence he was the best player in the draft and the best guy on the Lakers team. There isn't no "both wrong". He is still playing because he is a high draft choice. Lakers had to go out and get Rondo because on some level they knew he didn't have it.

Of the guys drafted in the top 10 last year the only one playing worse is the kid from the Knicks. No one from that class had the built- in advantage or hype that this kid had. Everything always isn't an equivalency either. Guys (even guys that you like) say stupid shit too. No one in the basketball section says the type of dumb shit that that clown says. The only reason that I call him out is because everyone that disagrees with him is an idiot and an asshole.

Lonzo was a stud and better than every rookie mentioned last season. WHen the smoke cleared he has been by far the worse.

You're trusting the ability of Bulls management to get it right? Quite the about face I see.

I am all about a Parker for Ball trade. He would be a useful player and Lavar vs GarPax would be amazing to watch.

It was their only win with him "riding the pine". The two guys in front of him shot a combined 5 for 24 from the field.

"They don't pay players to play defense." How can someone say something like this in Chicago and get away it? Absolute horrible player and person. He shouldn't be employed anywhere in Chicago.

My bad. He got 4 minutes in Mexico and was -9.

They didn't win. They have only won one game with him riding the pine so how it can be "another win"?

The mere fact that you are pondering the reasons is all the verification that one needs with regards to your competence.

Stacey King just threw dumbass Boylen under the bus. Just said what all the people that actually watch the team already knew. Jabari was playing "very well" before he went to the bench.

"Really wasn't any reason for him to be benched".

"You can say what you want about him not being good defensively but which guys on this team are good defensively"

Playing him early and he had instant impact. Quick 7 points and 3 boards.

I'm sure Stacey King thought this was a reason for him not to be playing.
