I was in four leagues this year. Gonna have to find a way to cut back on at least one of them next year. Made the playoffs in all four leagues, finishing at 8-4, 9-4, 8-5, and 8-5 in them. Two of the leagues I think I have the best team and should be favored to win. Other two I will need some luck as I clearly do not have the best team.

This is not a really great accomplishment since it's a family league with half the league comprised of women, but the roster I have put together in my family league is the best team I have ever had in a 10 team league:

Unless I'm missing something he has 3 good RBs. He's set at RB, not loaded. If he trades Hunt for Mahomes he becomes very thin at RB. RB is a much tougher option to find successful streaming options than QB is.

My advice is looking sounder by the day. Btw I'm in 2nd place in 12 team league. Led the league in points( get some dough for that)

Yes, shame on me for not predicting Hunt was about to be kicked out of the league for slapping around a woman at the time of this post.

I should have known.

In an alternate reality, Bell came back and Connor is on the bench, Hunt is the Walter Payton man of the year and Mahomes got hurt.

Im still in 2nd place, but not guaranteed playoffs

first round of the playoffs. I come into Monday with a decent lead but certainly not anything that makes me feel overconfident. He has Wilson and Diggs tonight. I have the Viking D. I really need this to be a defensive battle tonight.

Derrick Henry, George Kittle, and the Titans D. killed me. Lost by 30 points and OUT.

2nd highest points scored this week with Mixon, Zeke, Michael Thomas, Aaron Jones...

1st highest was my opponent with Saquan and Kittle. OUT 1st round.

2nd time in 3 years I've lost to an inferior team. Sucks that fantasy is 10% skill and 90% luck.

If you had skill you would have had Kittle on your team. Dude is absolutely carrying my teams.

That sucks, Doug. You played one of the few people who had Henry in their lineup.

I won with help from my opponent who had Kerryon and Gordon in his lineup.

zeke
thomas
golladay
mcdonald
jones

is a total dumpster fire. should've traded half the roster for a stupid tight end

If you have Kelce, Ertz, Ebron, or Kittle on your team this year you have a MASSIVE advantage over everyone else on your league without one of those guys.

It is sad that the luck vs. skill aspect is damn near 50-50.

Survived and move on

I didn’t earn the win but I will take it

The bears last INT gave me a win by a slim margin....then find out today that a stat correction gave me a loss. A fucking stat correction...ugh

a few years ago I went from winning the championship by 1.2 to losing by .8 after a stat correction gave DeAngelo Williams a lost fumble. Just the fucking worst.

Edit: Nothing worse than already being paid the championship money only to have to give it to the actual winner two days later.

I ended up in 2nd. Playoffs this week, I have a good shot to win.

My running back depth turned to shit.

Hunt
Connor
Chubb
Breida

And some guy picked up Derrick Henry who is out of the playoffs. He made the waiver move Saturday before he was eliminated.

Did the guy at least buy you a drink or something to ease the pain

Henry is a buster who will go back to being one this week. I wouldn't want him.

You weren't able to get Samuels or Wilson Jr as a Conner/Brieda handcuff?

Nope, both strategically picked up as a defense against me by guys higher on the waiver wire.

I wouldn’t say I need a miracle to win. However after Mahomes only performed to expectations and Williams exploded I’m going to really be testing the wr drafting theory. I can’t afford for my opponent to have another guy explode

It pissed me off that the Chargers went for 2. I saw Mahomes getting the ball and driving 80 yards for a td, putting him over 300 for the day and giving me another six.

Avoided a huge mistake when I noticed Spencer award was out a few hours before game time and benched him. Looking okay for this week as opponent had Mahomes who put up average numbers.

I enter Monday's game with a 30 point lead and my opponent only having Samuels left. This better not be a career game for Samuels

Was wavering on starting Aaron Jones after the Bears stuffed Gurley, but got mauled by Saquon. Eventually decided to sit him, which turned out well. Sat Henry again, 80 points down the tube the last 2 weeks, but still off to the Championship. Hopefully Goff figures it out because Winston and Dak are my other options.

I have a 9.43 point lead heading into tonight in a ppr league. I have McCaffery, he has Thomas. If I start Tennesee and Mack this week it is already over. Instead I went with Houston and Lindsay.

Samuel did not have a career day and I made it to the championship.

The theory of drafting WR worked well with Hopkins exploding, Golladay having the highest yardage total of his career and TY/Brown putting up nice numbers (Brown did it all in one half which sucked)

Just getting to the championship game in our league assures you a decent amount of coin, so I am pretty happy to be there. Looking ahead, the guy I am playing seems to have guys who are all playing bottom third defenses so I don't have much confidence this week.

Davante Adams OT TD, Brees Td at the end followed Juju picking up and 3 or 4 pts on final drive. This will be why I lose barring Wilson and Williams going way above expectations tonight.

Got into the playoffs as a 5 seed. Knocked off the 1 seed last week and I am 29 pts up against the 2 seed in the championship. He has Carson tonight and I have Baldwin. Baker Mayfield and Christian McCaffery have carried me

I have a 100 point lead with only jordy Nelson between me and the championship

Back to back and my third championship in six years. It has been a great run for me. I had spent the previous several years before that under .500 and out of the playoffs. Winning is more fun
