This is a larger problem I have with FF being unaware of his hindsight biases. Fox went 46-18 with Denver and made the SB once. Before that he went to the SB with Carolina and made that team into a contender before going through some rough years at the very end of his tenure there. So you have a candidate for coach who has been to the SB twice with a career record well above 500 and you hire that coach to fix your piece of shit team. How is this a bad choice?
