We recently had a board member sign up who puts "Social Media Expert" on her resume, has experience with at least 10 projects related to social media that lasted at a minimum one month, and is considered "extremely online". I also assume this poster is fairly cheap to hire given her posts lamenting the poor pay for people like her and having to beg for money on the internet so she can fly to award shows.

If I felt confident I'd be consistent with keeping a good eye on it, I would consider breaking my self-promise to never use Twitter. Even still, doug's the way to go ... no worries about regretful tweets and he's surely got a good feel about who and what to connect with.

The idea would be to create a bigger following and generate traffic for the community. You would have the creative control to post whatever you like about Chicago sports and sports radio. No political posts and you couldn't be a fan of teams outside of Chicago. You also have to be a Cubs and Sox fan.
