How did you go from offering her sex with Benadryl to being blocked?

I still have no idea how I’m not blocked. I talked shit to her again last night for like the 20th time and she responds and acts like I’m an asshole and the next day I’m not blocked. But she seems to block everyone else in the world who is even slightly negative to her. I don’t get it.
