When talking with my bud Rick Reichardt he told me he had passed away...threw the 1st pitch for the Angels had a short career due to the bottle …..rip :(

I think he was from Hegewisch but I'm not sure. He might have been from South Chicago or the East Side. He was older than I was but seem to remember that he was a big deal locally for making it to the major leagues from the area.

Being Serbian, he might have been from South Chicago or the East Side because most of them were from that area at that time.
