Cool stuff. Best of luck to him. We’re in offseason training. It never gets old.

Nice. 20 year old Maytag quit so bought a $900 LG top load for $579 at Sears closeout. Win.

Wait, what? Holy cow, that is cool. Sherzer is a Missourah native, right?

I have no idea. They just wanted him to throw and work with some kids. I'm just glad that he sounds happy. And has options.

There isn't a pitcher in baseball more knowledgeable and self aware than Scherzer. I hope he becomes a baseball lifer.

Things have been pretty quiet since my dad passed on Dec 9th. I've been doing my best to get to the gym and get stronger for the upcoming golf season.
Probably start going to the simulator starting end of this week since I now have all the new clubs in my possession. Travelling to Mexico with my wife in
10 days so really looking forward to getting away on a real vacation. Stepson starting a new semester as a sophomore and will be driving by end of May so that is really big and means a lot less driving for his mom and I. Stepdaughter still struggling to figure things out on her own. Hoping for a
semi-early spring and with any luck, starting to golf sometime in mid-March. Getting quotes to have someone put in a backsplash at the house but still
haven't found the right contractor yet. Also looking forward to seeing Beirut in concert in Milwaukee Feb 21st.

Yeah, I know my limitations and tile work is definitely one of them. The last thing I want to do is mess up in a couple of spots and then every time I go to
use the kitchen, my eye is drawn to all the places I made mistakes with the tile. Just waiting to find a person that can do it for a price I can live with.
First two estimates were not even close to what I was willing to spend.

Yeah I get it. This is one of those cases where I am reminded of how cool Los Angeles is. Have step Daughter and Son in law there and they have it easy to get things done. For your example you literally go to Home Depot buy your tile and get two illegal guys that know their shit and they come over and do it.

A true second economy. They are literally separated in their expertise and there are 30-75 at any given time.

Re=do a bathroom, and our new house will be done.

Thanks for the help with selling the last one Doug.

Little Crest has been moved to varsity hoops, and is getting some playing time too.

Our newest exchange student is from Peru. Needs a lot of help with his English, but that is the main reason that he is here.

Glad you will get another dog (or dogs) when the time is right, shakes. The best way to honor your dear departed buddy is to rescue another dog and give him a great life.

Congrats SS! Did you call your ex-boss to let him know?

I got something going on right now. Going home and going to bed. I feel just awful.

Why are you doing women's work?

You should be drunk, passing out cigars, and nowhere near the baby.

I’d recommend googling Littermate syndrome if that’s really the route you want to go. We’ve done it and the harder part than what behavioralists talk about for us was both dogs breaking down at same time. Best of luck either way.

My dad had a ton of kids and went to the hospital during childbirth once.

Recently returned from visiting Portland for a long weekend. Wife's sister and the husband live out there. My wife wants to move out west and they were putting a full-court press on persuading Portland was a good option. They feel a little isolated out there since wife's family is in Detroit and his is in New Mexico.

Went skiing for the first time ever a few weeks ago and gonna go at least 2 more times and hopefully another 3-4 times weather permitting. Had an absolute blast doing it and figured it's easier to learn the basics on the "mountains" of Wisconsin than somewhere out west.

Cool, Kirkwood. I saw Big brane like your beer reviews

SS, did you name her Francis?

I'm currently in bed with a 101.9 fever. Haven't felt this bad since a couple of NYE's ago.

Where did you go in Wisconsin? If you really enjoy skiing and are interested in making a weekend of it I highly recommend Granite Peak in Wausau.
They have a really nice facility up there and at least 75 runs. https://www.skigranitepeak.com/

Sometimes it’s easier out west as the snow in the Midwest is more ice than snow. Haven’t skied for 20 years probably now, not sure my knees could handle it.

Wilmot.

It was tall enough for me.

My 3rd time down the hill I fell down at the bottom trying to stop and a little kid skiing by let out a "HA HA" as I was laying down on my back.

I couldn't help but laugh.
