Right. I get that shootings can happen anywhere, but this was clearly a targeted shooting. Its not like the guy walked into the mall and fired off random shots popping anybody he could. He probably knew the guy or at least knew of him, shot and killed him, and left.

Yeah there was more than likely beef in the street and that just happened to be the place that he could get at him. Wouldn't be surprised if one of his "guys"told him that the guy was there. Kids that age rarely think this stuff through. Figures even if he gets caught he is looking at 15-20 years and with good time he can be out by 30. Still a young man though he will simply have something on his books. Doesn't look like a deal killer when you're a teenager and will make you a hero in the "hood".
