Awesome. FF needs to send Panther $100 worth of Skittles.

Case closed!

Not digging the new Avatar, Arps.

Kinda looks at first glance like you are Cardi B's cousin, "Crap B."

It's temporary. Going back to the classic, soon.

"Hey, how was your day today?"
Well, you know the guy that tried for years to ruin the 68 team popularity contest tournament I do on a Chicago sports website? Well, there is a guy named The Hawk who is in general pretty terrible to everyone and he was supposedly in Vietnam. Another guy named FavreFan who I used to play video games with took him up on an offer to give him $100 if he could prove he was actually verifiably injured in Vietnam. So, he sent a photo and then through the mail more documentation to a guy who was a punk rocker in the 80s but now owns a message board and eats at fancy restaurants for dinner and IHOP for breakfast. So, we spent the day waiting around to see if the documentation would come in the mail with a deadline set for this evening and then we found out that it may have just been the guy who tried to ruin the tournament before. So yeah, it was a pretty normal day for me and my extremely online friends I've never met.
"Oh, sounds like you had a good day."

Not true. IF Hawk went out for drinks with some of us and acted the same way in person as he does on here, he would get put in his place real quick. Now, that doesn't necessarily mean that somebody would jack him in the face, but it would be made known that he isn't going to get away with that in person.

Historically, the guys who talk the most shit on here are the ones who are always conspicuously absent from the board gatherings. These events have gotten fewer and further in between over the years, but whether its a Bulls game, or a meet up at Real Sports, or going to see a board members band...they are not invite only type things. Any and all are welcome.

I understand that. The reason that I have never attended is because I don't like phony people. Some of the guys that post here I have sized up that way and for me that would be a problem. There are some dudes that I believe are really genuine guys that I wouldn't mind shooting the shit and knocking a few back with. But all of that talking out of school and creating side show sites for the purpose of talking behind others backs would bother me.

I grew up in the streets sort of speak. I don't mind ever engaging anyone face to face. It isn't that. Its more me not wanting to interact with people on a personal level. When you have guys doxxing and talking about people's kids then you have gone too far IMO.

Im not sure, there is still a location in Homewood or the Heights though.

I think they did pretty good business. I love that street.

Sort of kind of on and off topic, Hackney's in Palos just announced that location is closed for good.
