Players used drugs in every era to gain an advantage. Steroids just took it to a beyond acceptable level. For decades amphetamines were handed out like candy to get over the aches and pains and hangovers.

The steroid guys should be in, with or without an asterisk.

The gamblers and game throwers probably deserve a separate wing. Rose and Shoeless Joe could probably be in both the HOF and the HOShame.

I'm adding Teddry Greenstein into this nomination. He sat there and stuttered and Bonds and the HoF but no hesitation on David Ortiz.
