I've always disliked Dibs. There need to be ground rules.


1. Only applies to 6 inch snowfalls or more.
2. in order to qualify you must shovel the ENTIRE spot COMPLETELY
3. It expires 3 days after the snowfall

There definitely hasn't been enough snow for Dibs to be in effect, even if you believe in it. But that's the problem. It's just lawlessness. And worse than that, it's the most unneighborly thing I can think of. Plus it's gotten to the point where some of these asswipes don't even shovel, they just pull their car out and mark the spot with their fucking baby's highchair.
