Did they change from last year? They were still kid voices then.

I like David Tennant as Uncle Scrooge.

I think this is a 2017 episode. Bobby Moynihan is one of them.

Jesus really?

I may have been drunk when I watched them but I thought they sounded like teenagers.

I think you might be able to hear them as teenagers, but they sound old to me. When we were kids, weren't their voices clearly little kid voices?

Didn't know you had that young of a daughter, Leash.

And I would love to turn the clock back and watch cartoons with our kids.

Yeah they were. Plus they sounded like Donald.

These ones just talk like regular people.

Including the smart girl duck.

We bought the kids the old ones. I enjoy them but have found that most of the relaunches pale in comparison to the originals when it comes to cartoons. I’m willing to admit that there is a huge bias built in on my part.

Went with my son last night to the Hollywood Palms theater to see Aquaman. Got there around 6:20 for the 6:30 show. Clerk shows me a screen with available seats, and surprisingly, the room is almost full. He says the only ones available are in the front row. I notice there are six prime open seats in the middle that are designated handicapped or for those "assisting handicapped customers." The guy says he can't sell those seats until after 6:30. Not wanting to wait, I buy the front row tickets and figure we'd sit in the handicapped seats anyway and take our chances (being more than happy to move if a legit disabled person showed up).

Trailers start, and around 6:45 some guy and his wife (not handicapped) show up and tell us we are in the seats they just bought. We grudgingly move to the next handicapped seats over. Five minutes later, after the actual movie has started, another four people--again, not handicapped-- show up and force us out of our seats, so we end up back in the front row.

And the movie sucked...

Slipped on the ice and smashed the back of my head on the brick entrance to my house. Nearly knocked myself out. Probably concussed.

True. I used to have that problem with 312 and Hatchetman but then one distinguished himself more.

Hey, I was just in the neighborhood and I realized I had an extra small cap fund with me. I can let you in for just $5000. Wanna see the prospectus?

10pm driving in a rain/ice storm in the Loop and an asshole comes flying around in a pos car that reeked of weed. I don't ordinarily wish ill on an everyday asshole, but I really was hoping for a cop to pull up and catch a whiff.

Man that weed smell while driving your own car is one of the things that lets you know that they are doing different shit with weed these days. That shit is strong as hell. I never recall smelling weed with a rolled up window. Now it seems I can't drive these days without smelling it coming from someone else's car. That shit is strong.
