What's goin' on there, double rainbows? The keto diet has done wonders for both Mindy and me. We've not only lost weight but our mass has changed our body types to the point of being nearly perfect ketosis. But hey, whatever floats your boat. Billy likes to eat whatever he wants but he's a huge star. Back when I was a scout for the Sonics the ole executive Wally Walker ate KFC every day for a year. But we weighed our options before going with keto. There was paleo too, which we sometimes borrow from. Phenomenal diet if you do it right. But some people go right to Meso dieting, or Chalco. I mean whatever Stone Age period you want, that's up to you. Heck, Harry Ford used to talk about eating tree sap with actual limestone rock and said it was outstanding. It's no skin off my hide. But I'll warn you, Mesolithic dieting can really do some damage to your insides. You gotta be careful with that. We're not cavemen anymore for a reason. But I'll bet Lou's can put together a really nice limestone crust pie just for you. I'll have to ask and send you a few quartz MyPillows to boot. Remember that's a mineral, not a rock. But please, for the love of God, don't talk about dinosaurs with me. No. Shot. I can't do it.
