An interesting and mildly horrifying phenomenon I've noticed from times I've wandered off into college Twitter is that frat shitheads copiously retweet Barstool Sports and Ben Shapiro. They like to watch him Own The Libs, even if they themselves are the same baying hounds of the MAGA movement that Ben says he'll have nothing to do with.

This is probably overly specific, but its not even EVERY time he owns the libs. Some times he makes fair points. Its when he tries to add comedy or an extra dash of whatever to it to get it trending...its just always cringy.

He definitely makes fair points. I think my problems with him, apart from those fair points, is that he'll reduce everything to the good points he has, he debates people (often students) who are not prepared the way he is, and finally, he tries to overpower you with lightning quick, multi-syllabic arguments and counter-arguments which aren't even always relevant but which take time to process. By then, Ben has already proclaimed victory and is one to the next fat lesbian in the audience.

For a guy who wants to bring back values, he seems dishonest in many ways.

Of all the rappers to criticize over vocabulary....Talib is near the bottom of that list.
