It wasn't so much style as it was actual lyrics. Jigga stole lyrics from other artists songs and attempted to pass them off as his own.

His best work was Probably Reasonable Doubt. He had stories to tell. After that he became "Hova" or whatever and primarily started putting club bangers. He was ok. Not as high as some on him but I roll with him. I think the sheer volume of albums is what puts him over a lot of guys. For a time he was putting out an album a year.


I forgot about my guy Jada. Pound for Pound one of the fiercest M.Cs ever. He would bump someone out of that five for me.


Really hard to argue with any of this. But I never think Q-Tip, Chuck D and Meth get enough love.

Seriously? No, I don't consider NAS a friend by any means. I just thought he was a good poster on the board. Someone who's contributions I had respect for. Nothing more. I don't think calling someone you have never met and socialized with a friend, would make any sense. Dan McNeil is the only board member that I would call a friend. I got to catch up with him a bit last night in Northbrook over some pizza and beer. NAS wasn't even an acquaintance. But I have nothing negative to say about the man. I am a bit surprised to see others here do.

Seriously? No, I don't consider NAS a friend by any means. I just thought he was a good poster on the board. Someone who's contributions I had respect for. Nothing more. I don't think calling someone you have never met and socialized with a friend, would make any sense. Dan McNeil is the only board member that I would call a friend. I got to catch up with him a bit last night in Northbrook over some pizza and beer. NAS wasn't even an acquaintance. But I have nothing negative to say about the man. I am a bit surprised to see others here do.
