Bob Weir and Ratdog opening for the Allman Brothers at Charter One Pavillion on Aug. 28. Is this the first time a band with Dead principals and the Brothers have been on the same bill since Watkins Glen in 73? Tickets on sale this Saturday.

I thought Mickey played a few shows in Florida with them in '06, but it might have been someone else Im thinking of. I would guess you would probably know better than me.

I'll take your word for it FF. I didn't know for sure, was just asking. They have been my two favorite bands for 35 years. I don't remember ever having the chance before.

I got myself 6 seats at the presale this morning. I have no idea who is going with me, but they won't go to waste. They aren't bad seats, but I'm going to check in the morning and see if better seats are available.

It wont be tough to find 5 people to go see that show
